Simple additions to improve efficiency
I have multiple ideas to suggest, so maybe this isn't the way to do this; however, these ideas should be pretty logical and similar, and can improve efficiency.
The Addition of a Search Bar
The addition of a search bar can make it easy to find stuff that you need, especially if you have a lot of thought plans. Placing a mini search bar below the title "Thought Plans" on the page would be an ideal spot to put it if it gets implemented.Simple right-click functions
Don't know what else to call this, but a simple "right-click" that opens up a drop down list with options such as "New Thought Plan", "Export Thought Plan", and "Delete Thought Plan" can save time, as you don't have to enter the thought plan to do most of these actions.Tagging Thought Plans
This is a simple idea, but being able to tag thought plans with simple keywords that you can filter can improve organization if you have a lot of Thought Plans. Of course, a folder system could also be implemented, but a tagging system feels more realistic for the time being.
Overall, I like Thought Plan; it's simple and straight to the point, with simple aesthetics and great functionality; the thought plans remind me of OneNote and the interface has a layout similar to Googe Drive / OneDrive. I just feel that it needs just a little more efficiency, and I think the above suggestions are relatively easy to implement and are just little things that make life better for users.

I don't have read terms of use of the forum, but it would have been great to separate each of your proposition to comment each one's!
Anyway, about your propositions :
1. The addition of a search bar : simple and useful feature, i agree!
2. Simple right-click functions : the same idea than drive's feature of google, that's a really good idea to give more space to content zone! But not sure if it would be ergonomic and understandable from scracth. maybe a setup/action icon with label could solve it
3. Tagging thought plans : personnally, i would not use it
